We can work with you to help determine what you want to get out of your boat and even help you choose what kind and size of boat you may want. That said, before contacting us, to help get you started thinking about your project, you might want to look at our designing your raft frame and choosing a river running boat pages.

In order for us to be able to give you an in depth estimate of what your custom project will cost, we’ll need an initial nonrefundable fee of up to $100, to cover design and consultation work. The exact fee amount will depend on the time required for design, e.g., just a dry box, trailer frame, transom or hanging floor most likely will not require the full fee but a complete raft package most likely will.

During the design phase, we will determine what we’ll fabricate in the shop, what we’ll order from our vendors and what you can order on your own. This process may take 2-3 weeks and we strongly encourage you not to rush it. This is the time for all parties to think through all the different little details that go into outfitting a boat.

Once we have agreed upon a design, we’ll take a deposit of 60% of the Eddyline produced goods and 100% of any retail/dealer items. Once that deposit is received, your place in the production queue will be secured.

Frame production time varies depending on the time of year and our production queue. It’s also somewhat dependent on what is being produced, e.g., we outsource our powder coating and that can take 2-3 weeks. During the busy season, production of an entire raft package can take 4-6 months.

Once the project is complete, you can come pick it up! The balance is due at the time of pick up. If you’re not able to pick up your item(s) when the project is complete, provided the balance has been paid, we can sometimes store your item(s) for a fee, which will depend on the size of what it is we are storing, until you’re able to pick up. Sorry, we do not ship oversized items, like frames, tables, large dry boxes and coolers.
